Oregon's Failed Medical Marijuana Program

Medical marijuana is legal in almost 14 states in the US and this is a result of the fact that doctors think that marijuana has healing properties. Under the federal law, growing marijuana, using it or using it in your possession is a criminal offense and for this reason, it is important that unless you have your physician's recommendation to use it, you do not even think about developing this material at home.

Of course, State laws are in place to help people from being abused by their landlords. This is excellent. What about the landlords? Should they have more rights in the matter?

This might well be the best benefit of marijuana during chemotherapy. You will need to be taking in enough calories for your body to fight the cancer to do its functions, and to heal itself. It's a domino effect that is downhill, unless you can find a way to hold down food. That way is provided by marijuana.

Illegal substances are being grown. Hash and hash oil is not mentioned in the act, yet it's being "manufactured" and increases the yield exponentially! 24 oz. Of hash = 7.5 pounds of marijuana. 24 oz of (the much easier smuggled) hash oil = 75 pounds of marijuana.

You can make the argument that if alcohol is legal, then marijuana should be too, especially in the case of recreational marijuana. And there's a good chance that in the future it'll be legal. It looks like congress is moving in that direction and some countries have decriminalized it or made recreational marijuana legal for sale.

4) don't use illicit drugs. I am not talking about medical marijuana, although that might be a factor in whether you would be accepted by a new pain doctor (and also maybe why you got fired in the first place). I'm talking about heroin, cocaine, ecstasy, etc.. Understand? Your pain doctor will be drug as is the norm nowadays, testing you. It would be the doctor to pop positive for these substances and a waste of your time.

THC prohibited by next Federal law and is a Schedule I drug! It is NOT (as he asserts ) a Schedule III drug. Have a look there, scroll down to find: Tetrahydrocannabinols Delta-8 THC, 7370 N THC, Delta-9 THC and others. Subsequent levels of drugs that are scheduled are below that!

Driving impaired is trivial than many believe and there are 8 advertisements for riders or rides on Portland's Craigslist today. If that way is advertised by someone, has an accident, I think Craigslist could be and should be held liable!
